Café Merino was reworked for travellers and long-haul drivers with fixed dining, a definedcoffee zone, and a dedicated truck-drivers’ lounge. A bold exterior of red mosaics andregional photography draws visitors in, while a vibrant, durable interior palette creates awelcoming stopover reflecting Goulburn’s rural character and journeying culture.
